Interviewing is an important part of the job application process and we want our participants to be able to communicate their qualifications and enthusiasm as effectively as possible. As part of this preparation, we provide them with an opportunity to practice their skills in a simulated interview. We need HR Managers, as a person connected with and familiar with the requirements of the industry, to play the role of employer and provide feedback that will help improve their presentation.
OCS Organizes mock interview activity by the start of each fall and spring semester. Recruiters from top employers come to the campus for this activity. This time HR people from Crescent Bahaman, Eden housing society, Gloves and Gloves visited our campus for this activity. More than 50 Students participated and videotaped feedback was given to the students.
