- Provide the participative leadership to field force to achieve the corporate goals & sales target
- Keep the field force and dealers involved and motivated
- To ensure achievement of secondary and primary sales targets as per business plan
- To maintain a suitable dealer network
- To implement best trade policies for dealer and traders
- To monitor and assign targets and achievements on day to day basis
- Ensure coverage of all retail outlets in the respective territory
